Panelist at Masie’s Learning 2014 Conference

L14-bolder

I am honored to be selected to participate in a panel discussion on Performance Support at Elliot Masie’s Learning 2014 conference (October 26-29, 2014). Event Title: Performance Support, because Memorization is Not a Sustainable Business Strategy! Session #530: Tuesday, Oct. 28th, 8 am – 9 am in Monterrey 1.

The panel is chaired by Mark Wagner, AVP Claims Learning and Training at The Hartford, and includes other down-in-the-trenches Performance Support practitioners: Trace Symonds, Senior Manager, Customer Success for The Freeman Companies and Mark McCarthy, Director, Sales Competency & Training at Deluxe. We will discuss the new world of expectations for performance support, and share our challenges, successes and future goals before diving into what we hope will be a rousing session of audience-led Q&A.

If you are going to be there to “engage, collaborate, benchmark, challenge, and explore the ever-changing world of Learning…” let’s be sure to connect.
